You can really save time (and money, if you're paying me) by working stuff out in advance.
- What's it for? What will the visitor need to know? (For example, opening hours, contact details, how to find you by road, etc).
- Take a look at half a dozen similar sites (go on, use Google). See anything you might have overlooked? Maybe everyone else has a page of glowing testimonials -- so you'd better have one, too.
- Try to make a rough plan of the site, something like this plan for a "man & van" business.
- Once you have a rough plan you can think in detail about the wording on each page. Try to work out the exact wording you want. At the same time you can plan what pictures you will need.
